Yoga helps to relive stress, develop flexibility and youthfulness, balance digestion, improve sleep, and deepen the experience of silence. After practicing yoga for ten years under his guidance, he learnt the deep insight into the correct and effortless practice of yoga asanas and how each pose can help create balance and well-being.
After years of practicing meditation and yoga, Harry Coumnas has realized that his life has become more relaxing and balanced. Now, he has become an expert in performing yoga on the physical level, but also wants to start and continue to practice Yoga on all other levels—mental, intellectual, and on the level of self-referral, Transcendental consciousness.
